CRM and sales tracking - Sellf App Reviews

I was looking for something that I could use that was robust enough to provide the tools I needed to keep track of my activities, the emails and phone calls with my contacts, and opportunities that I was working. I initially looked at the common tools on the market, which I had experience using in past roles and found them to be WAY too expensive. Self was one of the tools that was recommended when I asked around for suggestions and alternatives to the initial options that I considered. I found it to meet the needs that I have and the cost is more in line with what I can afford as a new business owner working to bring in enough revenue to cover costs. The tool itself is great and meets the needs that I require to help me keep track of all of the activities and contacts that I am making while I am out selling & networking. The reason that I give this a 5 star rating is my experience in engaging them with questions via the HELP tool on the site. Someone from their development team reached out to me directly via email and responded with answers to questions and actually made edits to the platform based on some issues that I was having. This is the kind of customer service that I provide myself and would like to see out of any company that I use, but very rarely find. I highly recommend Sellf. The platform is easy to use, the functionality is what you would commonly find in the other, very recognizable options, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLY EXCEEDS expectations. They continue to respond to requests very quickly and have been great in follow through. 5 stars on the software/10 stars for customer service/development.

Everything you need to stay on top of your sales. I appreciate the fact the developers care about your suggestions and then actually work on them. I recommend Sellf to any sales organization/professional out there!

The user experience is wonderful and it’s amazing how easy it is to use it while on the go.

I normally dont write reviews. But this app is too awesome not to. Im one of the most forgetful guys in the world, and this app is saved my life. I can put everything I need all in one place and it takes care the rest. Do yourself a favor and download this app.

Add more entry on contact details, data backup to Dropbox or other third party cloud space..

Purchased the year version so I hope it gets better, but found theres no web app, and no real integrations with other apps. Wish I had accidentally clicked yearly so I could get a refund legitimately. :-/ If you like having your CRM cost more with less features than most free editions of others, then this app is for you. 2 stars because goal-based selling is nice, but dont want to track everything by hand on an app when it could integrate and pull more info.

It is crashing a lot when trying to add some contacts... freezes on the import process... I am using iphone 5 and ios 8.0.2

Having issues with basic features not working properly.

I fell in love with this app from the moment I downloaded it.

Glitches. When it opens correctly it is cumbersome. Constantly ask you to upgrade. HORRIBLE!

Nice. Very goal oriented

Monetizing with no users? Seriously? The app is great and seems too early to monetize- but thats precisely whats happening, with exactly zero users. You can create 10 categories off the bat but after that you have to pay. Instead, Im just deleting. You have to populate virtually every field yourself, nothing is automatic. It cant sync meetings or anything. Im sure Evernote will take over this concept and make it better

The simplicity and fun of this app, as well as the ability to do stuff very easily on the fly is awesome! One thing I would suggest is the ability to check off locations after you visit them on the map within the contacts for companies feature. Thank you for making a great app that helps me and my business extremely well!

I travel heavily and rely on the latest Apps for my personal toolkit and successes. I am extremely picky on my needs and wants and this app certainly targets the crucial needs of the user. Although no app is truly perfect, this one certainly comes close. For those who seem to complain about the upgrade, what are you expecting for free?? This is a very robust app for the price! Highly recommended to all users who seek to stay on top of their goals and client management!
