I was looking for something that I could use that was robust enough to provide the tools I needed to keep track of my activities, the emails and phone calls with my contacts, and opportunities that I was working. I initially looked at the common tools on the market, which I had experience using in past roles and found them to be WAY too expensive.
Self was one of the tools that was recommended when I asked around for suggestions and alternatives to the initial options that I considered. I found it to meet the needs that I have and the cost is more in line with what I can afford as a new business owner working to bring in enough revenue to cover costs.
The tool itself is great and meets the needs that I require to help me keep track of all of the activities and contacts that I am making while I am out selling & networking. The reason that I give this a 5 star rating is my experience in engaging them with questions via the HELP tool on the site. Someone from their development team reached out to me directly via email and responded with answers to questions and actually made edits to the platform based on some issues that I was having.
This is the kind of customer service that I provide myself and would like to see out of any company that I use, but very rarely find. I highly recommend Sellf. The platform is easy to use, the functionality is what you would commonly find in the other, very recognizable options, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLY EXCEEDS expectations. They continue to respond to requests very quickly and have been great in follow through. 5 stars on the software/10 stars for customer service/development.
