Good but improvement still needed

The application has potential but theres a lot lacking. The major issue that I have with the app is that if you are the administrator and you invite people they get to see in change anything they want. It should be where the admin is able to invite people and they have the option to allow them to see other peoples deals or not. This is more of a collaborative team application not really a sales person team application.
